I have drafts of complaints I'm working on next. These are bigger and bolder than those already filed.
I realize the first three filed were a bit heavy with adjectives in the statements of facts and wordier than ideal there. I also realize the longer "notice of required pro se" in the first complaint was less appropriate in the eyes of some than those found in subsequent.
That was all by design.
If I didn't do that, none could see the difference in that and the more proper legal writing found in the Causes of Action for all three initial complaints, which are without adjectives and wordy-ness, for contrast.
I'm looking for Attorneys who are willing to consult anonymously or otherwise. I'd love representation, but I'm not holding my breath for that at this point.
I understand the time it takes to do this and that in and of itself is one the reasons why this has festered for almost 40 years.
Attorneys who want things short and simple end up with criminals how just make things more complex, and in the end, nobody wins if that approach is taken.
The entire legal industry needs a new face.
it's decades behind the criminals and will not catch up without major transformation.
The Largest opportunities for financial gain and social change simultaneously with OUR EXERPIENCE is a Class Action Against CAR (the California Association of Realtors) and every Licensed Broker in CA.
Ironically that is also the easiest complaint to write.
I just recalled that I have a draft of a Class Action Complaint filed on my behalf from 2018ish which gives me a template to use to understand how the Class Action portion of a CA complaint is called out.
I feel Attorneys should be the ones who finish it off, but I will provide a draft as needed to get going.
Or I'll just try to do it myself if no one wants to join in.
The other Drafts below are small claims that really should be filed. If and/when I can get them to the point they are ready for filing, they will be filed.
